2026 Summer Career Discovery Program

Introships' Career Discovery Program helps college students learn about professional career paths through guided exposure to real-world roles and industries. Through live conversations with working professionals, hands-on coaching, and guided reflection, students see what different roles actually look like day-to-day and connect those insights to concrete career directions. Students gain clarity, confidence, and a better understanding of which careers are the right fit so they can choose paths where they will thrive.

• Time Commitment: ~6 hours/week in the evenings (designed to fit alongside internships, summer jobs, or classes)
• Format: Fully virtual
