Programs for High School Students

College-aged participants in Introships' programs told us they wished they had more exposure to potential careers in high school. So, we partner with high schools to deliver a solution.

Components of the Program

1. Access to Video Content on 15 Different Career Paths

High school participants get access to 5 hours of on-demand video content covering 15 distinct career paths in rich detail. Each module features professionals sharing what their work looks like day-to-day, how they entered their field, and the insights they’ve gained along the way. This video content gives students the depth they need, helping them figure out which paths feel both exciting and attainable before they begin planning for college and beyond.

2. Hands-On Group & Individual Career Coaching

Introships coaches help students process what they learn from the video content. Through structured reflections and group discussions, students critically assess which industries and roles resonate with them—and which don’t. They take notes and work through a proprietary Introships tool that organizes their insights and points them toward career directions that best fit their interests, strengths, and goals.

3. Early Network Building

Students begin forming the foundation of their future professional network through the Introships program. They’re exposed to professionals across a wide range of careers through the video content and can also learn from Introships alumni who are current college students—offering relatable, real-time perspectives on college choices, majors, and early career decisions.
