Educate/Evaluate/Activate
The Introships Program addresses the transition from college to a career through the framework of Educate, Evaluate and Activate.
- Educate/Evaluate Program
- First, students receive extensive education about what different careers exist, what they involve doing every day, and what skills and talents they require. Some of this education comes from presentations, and some of it comes from networking calls they facilitate.
- Next, students evaluate the choices they have learned about, and decide which one they find intrinsically interesting and exciting, and have the skills and talents to excel in.
- Activate Program
- Finally, students activate those choices by pursuing internship and job opportunities in those fields through a structured process with guidance from experts on the mechanics necessary to succeed in the changing recruiting environment.
The Educate/Evaluate program is offered in the Summer and Winter, and the Activate program is offered in the Fall and Spring. If the programs are purchased together the price is $1500 (each program is $1000 if purchased individually).
Fall Activate Program
- Available only to students who completed the 2023, 2024 or 2025 E&E Program)
- 9/2/25 through 12/19/25
- Validate career direction from Educate/Evaluate program with additional videos and networking
- Identify micro-internship project opportunities
- Learn from experts on job-seeking mechanics (resume/LI/interview prep)
- Create and execute against networking and opportunity sales funnel with weekly group coaching calls
- 16 weeks, 3 hours/week, including one 30 minute group meeting/week (total commitment- 48 hours)
- Cost- $750, need-based scholarships availableĀ
Winter Educate/Evaluate Program
- 1/5/26 through 1/27/26 (no MLK day)
- 32 one hour non-live presentations from the 2025 Summer E&E program, students watch 2 presentations/day at times convenient for them
- 2 hours of group coaching/week
- 3.5 weeks (18 days), 11 hours/week (2 hours/day of presentations plus 2 hour/week of coaching)(total commitment- 39 hours)
- Cost- $1000, need-based scholarships available
Spring Activate Program
- 2/2/26 through 5/22/26
- Validate career direction from Winter Educate/Evaluate program with additional videos and networking
- Identify micro-internship project opportunities
- Learn from experts on job-seeking mechanics (resume/LI/interview prep)
- Create and execute against networking and opportunity sales funnel with weekly group coaching calls
- 16 weeks, 3 hours/week, including one 30 minute group meeting/week (total commitment- 48 hours)

Summer Educate/Evaluate Program
- 5/26/26 through 7/10/26 (no 7/2-3)
- 32 one hour live presentations from professionals representing a wide variety of career paths
- Combination of 1:1 coaching (2 sessions, one at the beginning of the program, one at the end) and group coaching (6 one hour sessions)
- Seven weeks, 6 hours/week (5 hours/week of presentations plus one hours/week of coaching)(total commitment- 40 hours)
- Cost- $1000, need-based scholarships availableĀ
