Introships Programs
The Introships programs organize, accelerate, and broaden your career discovery process, and introduce you to a network of people who can help you pursue your career direction. The experience is a mix of live video calls with practicing professionals, an extensive video library of previous sessions, and live coaching sessions to ensure that students get the full benefit of the wisdom we bring them.
Career Discovery Program
Our flagship program provides extensive education about what careers exist, what they look like day-to-day, and what skills and talents they require. Participants evaluate career options and identify prioritized areas of interest that students are likely to excel in and find intrinsically interesting.
- Offered as a 7-week program in the summer (live presentations and coaching at designated times), or as an expedited 3-week program over winter break (on-demand video presentations and live coaching at designated times)
- 32 one-hour presentations from professionals representing a wide variety of career paths in addition to 1:1 and group coaching sessions (weekly in the summer program and daily in the winter program)
- $750 commitment with need-based scholarships available
Career Activation Program
Our newest program provides Career Discovery Program alumni an opportunity to pursue internship and job opportunities through a structured process with guidance from experts so they can succeed in an early-career recruiting environment that is changing quickly because of AI.
- Offered as a 4-month program in the fall or spring
- Act on the career direction established in the Career Discover Program- learn concrete recruiting and professional skills, and go through the internship/job search process with encouragement, guidance and accountability from peers and Introships coaches in weekly meetings
- $750 commitment with need-based scholarships available. Note: If you commit to a Career Direction Program at the same time as a Career Discovery Program, the two together are $1,250.
