Panos is a founder of Introships, and is the Co-Founding Partner of TMO. Mr. Midis has over 25 years of investment banking experience with particular expertise in M&A and principal investing. Prior to forming TMO, Mr. Midis served as a Managing Director with Hunter Capital Group/FinanStar, a Merchant Bank sponsored and funded by KIPCO, a multibillion dollar investment company headquartered in Kuwait. Before joining Hunter Capital, he was a corporate finance attorney representing both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups on general corporate matters, financings, and litigation.​​Mr. Midis graduated with an economics degree from Duke University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Chris Rawlings is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in business, finance, and leadership. He is the Managing Partner of Spara, an accounting firm that provides fractional CFO services, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management for businesses. Under his leadership, Spara has grown into a boutique firm that integrates deeply with its clients, offering strategic financial guidance beyond traditional accounting services. Chris has a diverse financial background, including a ten-year tenure at Landmark Communications, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Treasurer and Director of Corporate Accounting. His extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and financial strategy makes him a sought-after advisor for businesses looking to scale.

In addition to his work at Spara, Chris has been actively involved in higher education for over 15 years, teaching accounting and finance at the university level. He has taught courses such as Principles of Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Investment Portfolio Management. He has also contributed to leadership development initiatives, helping launch programs that support emerging business leaders. Beyond the classroom, Chris has personally mentored and advised hundreds of students on career planning, professional development, and leadership. He has helped many of them secure internships, land jobs, and navigate their career paths, making a lasting impact on the next generation of business professionals.

Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bob Jones University and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. He is married to Cheryl, his high school sweetheart, and they have two children and four grandchildren. When he's not working, Chris enjoys teaching, mentoring, golfing, and spending time with his family, always looking for the next adventure.

Harrison Fiveash is currently an Account Executive at Airtable. He attended SMU, deciding to major in Marketing & Advertising after a summer with Introships narrowed his scope. He lives in Austin, TX today and is more than happy to discuss Introships, Sales, Technology, and Texas.

Kendrick is a Managing Director in the Private Client Group of SCS Financial.  at Edge Capital Group. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 25 years of experience in wealth management. industry.  Kendrick provides comprehensive wealth management for individuals and families. He specializes in customized portfolios that encompass both offensive and defensive strategies across the asset class spectrum of fixed income, equities, real assets, private equity and hedge funds. Kendrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Lawrence is a Senior Associate at Argonne Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm that makes equity investments in a diverse range of middle-market enterprises. In his role at Argonne, Mr. Bowers is focused on both new acquisitions and portfolio management.Prior to joining Argonne, Mr. Bowers was an Associate at Tucker, Midis & Owen, an Atlanta-based M&A advisory firm. During his time at TMO, Mr. Bowers assisted with all aspects of M&A transactions for middle-market consumer, financial services and industrial businesses.Mr. Bowers received a B.A. in Economics & Spanish from Hampden-Sydney College, and an M.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in finance, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mary Heath is a seasoned marketing and operations leader with deep expertise in talent acquisition and university recruiting. As an early team member and Head of Marketing & Events at Veris Insights—a market research firm serving recruiting leaders at 250+ Fortune 1000 organizations—she played a key role in shaping the brand and driving growth. Currently, Mary Heath consults for organizations on their growth and marketing strategies. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.

Payton is a High Yield Analyst at Barings, a global investment management firm specializing in asset management and capital solutions across public and private markets. He graduated from the University of Richmond in 2025, where he studied Finance, Business Analytics, and History. In 2022, Payton joined the Introships program as a student and returned in 2023 to contribute to its development through database management and marketing initiatives before joining the Advisory Board.

Shirley is a seasoned corporate communications expert with over 30 years of experience guiding businesses through change, crisis, and transformation. As an independent consultant, she helps organizations navigate complex challenges, refine messaging, and strengthen reputations.
Previously, Shirley held executive roles at Cox Automotive, The Weather Company, Turner Broadcasting, NBC Entertainment, and Disney Channel, where she led high-impact communication strategies. She has managed major corporate crises, executive transitions, and brand positioning initiatives at the highest levels.
A dedicated community leader, Shirley serves on the boards of The Walker School and Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication. She has also held leadership roles with Open Hand Atlanta, The Atlanta Women’s Foundation, and Women in Cable & Telecommunications.
She holds a journalism degree from Temple University and has been recognized with the Lew Klein in the Media Award and “Woman of the Year” honors from WICT Atlanta.

Priya is an Honors junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing a double major in Business Administration at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and Public Policy, with a minor in Data Science. She has over 3 years of experience in consulting and leadership through internships and executive roles. As an Engagement Manager for Consult Your Community, she has led two team projects, and she also serves as President of the Undergraduate Business and Healthcare Club.

Priya first joined Introships in Summer 2023 and remained deeply involved, returning as an intern in Summer 2024. She will join Bank of America as a Strategy and Management Summer Analyst. In this role, she will gain hands-on experience driving strategic initiatives across high-visibility, fast-growing business areas, including fintech, product innovation, and strategic ventures.

Robert is the President & Co-Owner of Brand Fuel, a B Corp-certified branded merch agency with international reach that he co-founded with Danny Rosin in 1998. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about delivering high-quality work that creates lasting impact and doesn’t end up as Brandfill. Before co-founding Brand Fuel in 1998, Robert worked as a stockbroker at A.G. Edwards for four years, where he focused on tailoring portfolios to meet the specific needs of a range of clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from William & Mary with a concentration in finance and marketing.

Steve is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is currently a Senior Vice President at MMA. Steve has consulted with MMA and its predecessor companies since inception in 1999. Steve consulting and business activities are dedicated to the development of our Health Care/Hospital System client growth and solution development. Steve is a member of several healthcare human resources associations, including ASHHRA, and The Children’s Hospital Association.

Steve has his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is licensed in Accident, Health, Life, Fixed Annuities.

Walker is a 4th-year student at the University of Virginia majoring in Economics. He participated in the introships program in the summer of 2022, where he was exposed to the financial services industry. From there, he took a keen interest in investment banking, and will start full time at Citizens Bank in New York City in their Digital Infrastructure M&A group.
