Parents often share that their college student is motivated but unsure how to navigate the path from campus to career. With the job market evolving quickly, that confusion is more common than ever. Introships helps students move from uncertainty to clarity — and parents like Helen Johnson, whose two sons joined our Summer 2024 Career Discovery Program, explain what the Introships experience did for her family.

Why should you encourage your son or daughter to participate in the Introships programs?
The perfect time to do the Career Discovery program is the first 2 years of college, so that you can act on the clarity it gives you to choose the right classes and major, and get a jumpstart on getting the right internships. The program features concentrated learning from over 70 presenters in 32 presentations over 7 weeks, plus an hour per week for group coaching. Thats a time commitment of only 6 hours a week for 7 weeks, so you can have a summer job or internship and do the program.

We believe students should take full advantage of everything that their school's career services offices offer, but Introships is able to provide a degree of personalization and individual attention that career services can't. Our class sizes are small, and as a non-profit we are not driven to maximize financial results.
