Introships Partners and Donors
Introships partners with schools and other non-profits to offer our programs to students they serve. Donors make it possible for all students to get the learning and networking benefits Introships offers.
University Partners
In 2025, the University of Northern Colorado became aware of the Introships program and recognized the value it could deliver to Monfort College of Business students. The team selected nine students to participate in our Career Discovery Program in the summer of 2025, and funded the majority of their program costs. Throughout the experience, university sponsors met with the students every two weeks to hear firsthand how the program was impacting them and the value it was bringing to their career journeys. We have extended the partnership to the Fall 2025 Career Activation Program.

“Rather than a singular, deep experience, the Introships program gives students the chance to touch the surface of a wide variety of topics and organizations. It provides a chance to learn small slices about a lot of different things to then help inform students’ decisions about their futures.”Â

Non-Profit Partners
The ACCESS College Foundation supports students in Virginia’s South Hampton Roads region on their journey to and through college. Through a partnership with Introships, ACCESS has opened doors for Scholars to gain valuable career exploration experiences. Over the past five years, every Introships program has welcomed several ACCESS scholars. One Scholar, Natiya Turner, joined our Career Discovery Program in Summer 2025 and is now part of the Fall 2025 Career Activation Program.

"You meet people who were once in your shoes and they're able to teach you the lessons that they learned, but also to teach you about the industry so you're able to get guidance from them. That connection is the biggest part."
